Job Summary:
The Sales Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, leading the sales team to achieve targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of all sales-related activities. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive business growth within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage key customer accounts and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure the branch complies with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align local sales activities.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff when necessary.
