Role Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the FMCG branch, including sales performance, inventory control, staff management, customer service, and compliance. This role plays a vital part in executing company strategy, driving branch profitability, and delivering operational excellence in a competitive retail/distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive branch sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Implement local promotions and in-store activities to boost footfall and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to improve branch performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels through accurate forecasting and coordination with procurement teams.
- Ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices to reduce expiries and wastage.
- Oversee product displays, shelf life monitoring, and warehouse storage standards.
Team Leadership & Human Resource Management
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate branch staff (cashiers, salespersons, supervisors, warehouse staff).
- Set clear KPIs for the team and drive performance through coaching and feedback.
- Foster a team-oriented culture that values productivity and accountability.
Financial & Operational Control
- Monitor daily cash flow, banking, billing, and expenses to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and expenses.
- Control overheads while ensuring business continuity and service quality.
Compliance, Safety & Quality
- Ensure branch adheres to company SOPs, UAE municipality and health regulations.
- Conduct routine checks for hygiene, safety, and expiry management.
- Prepare for audits and maintain proper documentation

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
