Are you a results-driven leader with a strong background in operations, sales, and team management? Red Flames Fire Protection Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic Branch Head to lead and grow our Abu Dhabi operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of Abu Dhabi branch.
- Build and manage client relationships across government, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to deliver AMC, rectification, and emergency services.
- Monitor KPIs, P&L, budgeting, and project timelines.
- Drive business development, site inspections, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure all compliance and safety standards are met per Civil Defense and local authority regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years in fire protection or related industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defense procedures.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus.
