KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Analyze sales, category, and line performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
2. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio.
3. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to enhance business performance.
5. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
6. Provide insights to analyze and optimize promotions and product launches.
7. Conduct customer analytics, including performing relevant customer analysis using RFM frameworks, deriving marketing ROI, and executing cohort analysis for retail customers.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree or above required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the retail industry.
