We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a SWIFT-related transformation program. This role involves close collaboration with product, operations, IT, compliance, and external vendors to drive requirements, testing, and successful rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirement Management
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
- Translate product strategies into actionable use cases
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and process maps
- Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and finance needs
Project Coordination & Execution
- Act as SPOC for BA activities in the transformation program
- Work with IT and vendors to ensure accurate implementation
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive timely delivery
Testing & Validation
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Support system readiness and post-deployment validation
- Coordinate regression and end-user testing
Documentation & Training
- Create SOPs, user manuals, and training material
- Deliver training to business users and operations teams
Rollout & Post-Implementation Support
- Assist in pilot rollout and go-live activities
- Support issue resolution and continuous enhancement
What You Bring:
✔ bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
✔ 5+ years of BA experience, preferably in Transaction Banking / Cash Management
✔ Strong understanding of Payments, SWIFT, and ISO20022
✔ Familiarity with core banking systems, payment hubs, and digital transformation initiatives
✔ Project lifecycle experience – Agile and/or Waterfall
✔ Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in the UAE banking sector
- Prior involvement in SWIFT and Payment Rails-related projects
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel
