Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise front office staff, housekeeping, and support teams to deliver excellent client service
- Handle office leasing, renewals, and upselling additional services to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and provide ongoing client support
- Coordinate facility maintenance, IT support, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational performance
- Manage budgets, expenses, and oversee invoicing and payment collections
- Implement marketing and business development strategies to attract new clients
- Organize and oversee events or networking activities within the center
- Address and resolve client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in office management, serviced offices, or business centers
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
