Roles and Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and preferences for company formation.
- Advise clients on the most suitable business structures, licensing options, and jurisdictions based on their needs.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and applications for company registration, licenses, visas, and permits.
- Coordinate with government agencies, authorities, and partners to facilitate the setup process.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to support clients in making informed decisions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on operational matters, compliance, and best practices.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations, policies, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Educational Background:
- Proven experience as a Business Setup Consultant, Business Advisor, or similar role in the consultancy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of company formation procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with local business laws, tax regulations, and commercial practices.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and Channel Partner
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with UAE labour, immigration laws, and processes.Freezone license experience
- Understanding of various industry sectors and business modelling.
- Proficient in feasibility analysis and business planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Qualification & Preference:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding specified targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
