Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate will be actively involved in going to market, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The role requires direct engagement with potential clients, presenting Pegasus Home Healthcare services, and driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential clients in the UAE healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and corporates.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, visits, networking, and events.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Provide regular updates to management on market feedback, opportunities, and progress against targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable with market visits and client engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare sector is a plus.
