Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, tendering, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the UAE (preferably in contracting/construction industry).
- Strong knowledge of UAE market and business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
