About the Role
We’re looking for highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Executives who are hungry to succeed in sales and carve out a long-term career in the IT industry. This is a junior/intermediate level role, ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about new client acquisition and revenue growth.
You’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging new prospects through outbound efforts such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and online research. You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders to develop business strategies, hit KPIs, and contribute to the company’s expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and build a strong pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and market research
- Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and aligning them with our IT solutions
- Develop and present compelling outreach plans, business development strategies, and proposals to hit personal and team targets
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system (experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus)
- Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT space
- Leverage Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity in research, outreach, and content creation
- Work collaboratively with marketing, pre-sales, and account management teams to ensure seamless lead handover and client engagement
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed to support networking and brand awareness
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related field (preferably B2B or IT-focused)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets through cold outreach and structured campaigns
- Strong research skills and familiarity with online prospecting and lead generation techniques
- Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and how to use them effectively in a sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and work independently
- Highly driven, organized, and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals
- Eagerness to grow in the IT sector and take on increasing responsibilities over time
