Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and provide expert guidance to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in Dubai real estate.
- Generate and convert leads through online platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with complete and transparent information.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current listings, trends, and new project launches.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Prepare sales agreements and assist clients through the documentation process.
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales (UAE market highly preferred).
- Solid background in both secondary and off-plan transactions.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- RERA certification is a plus.
