Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in high-end real estate sales, a customer-first mindset, and a talent for building strong, lasting client relationships. This role involves guiding clients through the purchasing process, providing expert advice, and delivering a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct property tours and professionally showcase Crystal Bay Developers’ portfolio to prospective clients and investors.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized property solutions.
- Stay current with market trends, competitive developments, and real estate laws and regulations.
- Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive.
- Deep understanding of high-end residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Strong ability to establish trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
