We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. This role requires strong communication, market research, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and market research.
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails and social media.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, marketing) to deliver client expectations.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and commercial offers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 Years experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in recruitment field or consultancy will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
