Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client portfolio and boost sales across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. If you're well-versed in technical services—from electrical and plumbing to AC maintenance and cleaning—and thrive on building relationships and closing deals, this role is for you.
Key Duties
- Prospect and secure new clients for technical services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.)
- Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Conduct meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Draft and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
- Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to management
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Solid understanding of technical services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of facility management is a plus
- Valid DxB driving license preferred
