Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across multiple sectors. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market research skills, with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements to secure new business.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial service sectors is a plus.
- Valid driving license preferred.
