Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our reach in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, and a passion for the education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for our educational programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, students, and corporate partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (education industry experience is an advantage).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
