Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, scanning).
- Assist with onboarding visitors and maintaining security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- No prior experience needed – Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email, etc.)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Organized, punctual, and able to multitask
