Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role Overview:
Own the end-to-end sales process for small- to mid-market accounts—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to C-level and procurement contacts
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals up to defined revenue thresholds
- Manage onboarding and handover to operations once deals are signed
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing small-account clients to drive repeat business
- Keep pipeline and activity data up to date in CRM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting individual sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
