Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Immigration Sales to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into clients for immigration services to Canada, USA, and Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales, immigration services, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital marketing leads, and referrals.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified prospects for immigration services to Canada, USA, and Australia.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their migration needs and explain the available pathways.
Consulting & Client Engagement:
- Provide detailed information on immigration programs (PR, Work Permits, Study Visas, Business Immigration, etc.).
- Guide clients through the eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Convert leads into successful sales by presenting value-based solutions.
Market Expansion & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, agents, corporate partners, and referral sources.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategise outreach campaigns and webinars focused on North American and Australian immigration.
Reporting & Strategy:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve offerings and strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of immigration processes for Canada, USA, and Australia is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an asset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Prior experience in a Dubai-based immigration consultancy is a strong plus.
