Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth and expansion of the company within the GCC market. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven business development or sales experience within the GCC region.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- License: Valid UAE driving license.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Availability: Full-time, office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions when required.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
