Position: Business Development Executive

Job Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to identify business growth opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Present company products and services to potential clients
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain a database of client and prospect information
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
