Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience, specifically in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and structural surveys, interpreting drawings, setting out construction sites, and ensuring alignment with engineering and architectural plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate site surveys and setting out for high-rise structures.
- Verify and interpret construction plans, drawings, and elevations.
- Use instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Theodolites.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
- Monitor and record site levels and coordinates.
- Prepare daily site reports and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues related to measurements or layouts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction.
- Strong knowledge of surveying tools and CAD software.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying software.
- Excellent understanding of construction layouts and technical drawings.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Currently available in the UAE.
- Able to join immediately or with short notice.
