Job Description :
Real estate agent ,Promoting real estate (buying/selling/renting) through advertising and social media.
Seeking new clients and building a strong database.
Arranging and organizing property tours with clients.
Providing advice on property prices and market value.
Negotiating with various parties to reach the best terms for selling/letting.
Preparing contracts and completing legal transactions in coordination with relevant authorities.
Monitoring real estate market trends and analyzing competitors.
Maintaining good relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Required Experience
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to use CRM software and real estate marketing tools.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (depending on the market).
BDE,Search for new market opportunities (partners, clients, projects).
Build and develop long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
Prepare and implement business growth plans and increase sales.
Analyze the market and competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
Participate in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Prepare periodic presentations and reports for management.
Attend events and meetings to represent the company and build relationships.
Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to achieve goals and work under pressure.
NOTE:The candidate must have experience with uae market.
