Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation techniques
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development within Facility Management, Security, or Life Guard services
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Cold call, email, and follow up with potential clients
- Arrange and attend client meetings
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare proposals and assist in documentation
