Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong track record in IT solution sales—preferably in CRM or ERP domains such as Microsoft Dynamics. This role demands a go-getter who can strategically identify new opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to our continued growth in global markets.
What You'll Do
· Drive sales by identifying customer requirements, recommending solutions, and managing the full sales cycle through to closure.
· Conduct daily selling activities including prospecting, client meetings, demonstrations, and proposal presentations.
· Maintain up-to-date records in internal CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and account details.
· Deliver timely, customized solution proposals that address client challenges and objectives.
· Work collaboratively with channel partners and internal teams to build pipeline and close deals.
· Participate in strategic account planning and territory development activities.
What You Bring
· 3–5 years of proven success in major account sales, preferably in the IT solution space.
· Experience selling CRM/ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
· Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and business decision-makers.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Deep understanding of the software/technology landscape.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to think on your feet in dynamic situations.
· Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage pipeline effectively.
· Awareness of sales metrics, financial impact, and margin considerations.
