Job Description:
Mi Casa Real Estate is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders in Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's network, securing new deals, and contributing to overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate consultants, agencies, and industry professionals in Abu Dhabi
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and client presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate
- Strong existing network of consultants and contacts within Abu Dhabi
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Own visa preferred (but not mandatory)
