As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and contribute to our success.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven track record in Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibitions (strongly preferred)
- Confidence in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and client presentations
- Professional appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to client solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per client requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships by delivering outstanding client service
- Understand client requirements and develop clear, impactful project briefs
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and forecasts

Experience:

- Printing/ Signages /Advertising / Fit out industry: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
