At VAAO Advertising FZ LLC, we're a leading provider of cutting-edge display and graphic solutions, proudly serving the UAE for over 19 years. Based in Dubai Production City, we specialize in creating impactful displays, signage, exhibition booths, kiosks, and more.
What We’re Looking For:Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibitions is highly preferred.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent cold-calling and in-person sales skills.
- Confident and Persuasive: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Creative & Strategic: Able to think creatively with strategic insight into sales and marketing.
- Organized: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Thrives Under Pressure: Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while delivering results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Docs/Sheets.
- UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Source new opportunities via cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and research.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Sales Tracking: Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, progress reports, and other essential updates.
- Follow-ups: Stay in touch with clients through regular phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Printing/ Signages /Advertising / Fit out industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Business development executive: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outdoor/Indoor sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
