As we continue to expand, we’re looking for ambitious Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales, eager to chase new opportunities, and skilled in converting leads into long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibition industries (preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both over the phone and face-to-face
- Excellent interpersonal and client engagement abilities
- A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets
- Confident negotiator and proactive deal-closer
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative and strategic sales thinking
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours as per client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, on-site visits, and research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored project briefs
- Follow up regularly through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) for seamless execution
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and report progress consistently

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- business development executive: 1 year (Preferred)
- outdoor/indoor sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Printing/ Signages /Advertising / Fit out industry: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
