What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with proven experience in sales within the Advertising, Printing, Signage, or Exhibition industries. You should be passionate about building client relationships and consistently delivering results in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in cold-calling, networking, and face-to-face sales
- Goal-oriented and thrives under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Creative thinker with a strategic sales approach
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, site visits, and networking
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
- Manage regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) for project execution
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and up-to-date CRM records
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and progress reports
