Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client portfolio across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. This role involves proactive lead generation, strategic client engagement, and consistent achievement of sales objectives through effective planning and communication.
Primary Duties:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Source leads via cold calls, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events
- Conduct client meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Draft and submit tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client requirements
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure high client satisfaction
- Provide timely updates on sales performance and client insights
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial services is a plus
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
