Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive sales across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in building and facility maintenance services such as electrical work, plumbing, AC maintenance, and cleaning. This role involves proactive lead generation, developing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets through strategic planning, market research, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the building and facility maintenance sector.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention.
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Draft and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development (UAE/Dubai experience preferred).
- Mandatory knowledge and background in building/facility maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial service sectors.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
