Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to grow our client portfolio and increase sales across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The successful candidate must have solid knowledge and experience in building and facility maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.). This role requires proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and consistent achievement of sales targets through effective planning, market research, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the building maintenance sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client insights.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development (DXB experience preferred).
- Mandatory knowledge and experience in building/facility maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial service sectors.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
