Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our client base and increase sales across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role requires lead generation, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, or industrial service sectors is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
