As an Immigration Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor for individuals and families exploring permanent residency and work permit options. Your role will be to provide expert consultation while driving sales and helping clients take confident steps toward their global migration goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, delivering accurate information about immigration programs for leading destinations.
- Personalized Consultation: Use ready-made resources while tailoring communication to match each client’s situation and aspirations.
- Program Advisory: Offer detailed guidance on available pathways and immigration regulations, helping clients make well-informed choices.
- Relationship Building: Maintain professional, long-term client relationships by offering consistent support and follow-ups throughout their journey.
- Sales Conversion: Turn leads into signed contracts, achieve set targets, and ensure exceptional client service.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Handle client information, documentation, and case files with confidentiality and precision.
- Time & Task Management: Balance multiple calls, cases, and deadlines in a busy work setting.
