- Pest Control Services
- Smoke and Fire Damage Restorations
- Swimming Pool Maintenance & Cleaning
- Preventive & Reactive Maintenance
- Security Staffing
- Waste Management Services
- Yacht & Aircraft Cleaning
- Ship Cleaning / Asbestos Removal
Requirements:
- Engineering/Management Graduates
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in Facilities Management or Technical Services in the Middle East.
- Proven track record in selling the mentioned services.
- Strong client network within the Middle East/UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the services provided
- Generate leads, secure new contracts, and expand the company's client portfolio.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract documents.
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
