Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our client portfolio and drive sales across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The role involves generating leads, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure service excellence.
- Provide timely sales reports and client feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
