Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for industrial gases
- Generate new business and manage existing customer accounts
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
- Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
- Lead and support a team of sales executives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial or specialty gases
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of gas applications and market segments
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
