Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the property portfolio.
- Source and onboard third-party properties under Leasing and Facility management.
- Grow the property brokerage business segment and property buying and selling.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key business metrics, market insights, and new real estate development projects within UAE.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
- Leverage excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies.
- Identify opportunities for property investment, value enhancement to investors, developers and brokers.
- Foster a culture of ethical leadership and continuous improvement within the team.
- Set achievable KPIs and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, challenges, and team progress.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, business development initiatives, and market insights.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Strong negotiation abilities, customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Solid experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- A collaborative, results-oriented, and growth-driven.
Experience:
- 8+ years’ experience in real estate, business development, or property management within the UAE.
- Strong network within the UAE real estate sector, including developers, brokers, and property owners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (preferred)
