- Develop and execute business development strategies for patient and partner acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with insurance providers, corporate wellness programs, community organizations, and healthcare networks.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Organize outreach campaigns, corporate events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure service quality and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE healthcare or clinic industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance systems.
- Proven track record in achieving business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
