As we expand our footprint in the UAE market, we are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and support our long-term vision.
Position Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing corporate clients, and ensuring the execution of compliant and profitable contracts. This position requires a dynamic professional with strong commercial acumen, deep knowledge of the UAE market, and a successful track record in B2B sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Acquire new corporate clients across industries including hospitality, travel, logistics, and aviation.
- Develop tailored transportation solutions aligned with client needs and market demand.
- Execute strategies to expand market share and generate sustainable revenue.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Contract & Legal Compliance
- Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements in line with UAE laws.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to mitigate risk and ensure operational integrity.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Maintain strong relationships with service vendors to uphold performance standards.
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Track key contract KPIs and resolve operational bottlenecks as needed.
Client Relationship Management
- Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement leaders.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for key accounts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support and mentor junior sales staff and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance to align execution with strategy.
- Lead business expansion initiatives, including the launch of new services or market segments.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare detailed business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Use market insights and client feedback to refine commercial strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in the UAE.
- Industry experience in transportation, hospitality, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Deep understanding of UAE commercial contracts and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
