Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within a real estate DEVELOPER ONLY.
- Strong networking skills and industry connections are essential
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and sales procedures
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company’s client base
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
- Represent Seeniun Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals
