We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships to expand our network.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
Provide clients with comprehensive property information and guidance throughout the auction process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure successful transactions.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UAE Real Estate.
Extensive network within the real estate industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
