Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Planning:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Sales Process Management:Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact and presentation to negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation:Creating compelling proposals and accurate quotations for potential clients, showcasing the value of the company's products and services.
- Collaboration & Communication:Working closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports to monitor progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Product & Industry Knowledge:Developing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Brand Representation:Representing the company at industry events and trade shows, promoting the brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Closing:Negotiating favorable terms and closing deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Customer Feedback & Improvement:Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to the product development and marketing teams to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Training & Mentoring:Potentially training and mentoring junior sales staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
