Job Title: Business Development Manager (Middle East & Africa)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in stationery or related companies.
Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager – MEA will be responsible for driving business growth in the Middle East & Africa region by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue diversification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new product, market, and partnership opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with regional partners and clients.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies for sales growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product development and market alignment.
- Create and present impactful business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Manage business development budgets and ensure ROI.
- Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market research and data analysis.
- Familiarity with the MEA region is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED200,000.00 - AED250,000.00 per month
