Job Title: Manager – Business Development (F&B)
Reports to: CEO Contract Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and commercially savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth for our F&B group. This role will lead strategic initiatives across dine-in, online delivery, and brand innovation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the F&B sector, with hands-on experience in launching new brands or products, managing food delivery platforms, and identifying growth opportunities across physical and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Expansion
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and locations to expand the F&B portfolio
· Conduct feasibility assessments, market research, and site evaluations for new outlets
· Lead commercial negotiations and business case development for new ventures
New Brands & Product Launches
· Drive the conceptualization and execution of new F&B brands or product lines (dine-in, cloud kitchens, or digital-only)
· Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, and Operations teams on go-to-market planning, pricing, and rollouts
· Track performance of new launches and iterate based on market feedback and analytics
Online Delivery Growth
· Manage relationships with delivery aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem) and optimize commercial agreements
· Increase visibility, sales, and efficiency of online delivery performance through menu engineering and promotional strategy
· Analyze sales data and platform trends to enhance digital brand performance
Cross-Functional Strategy
· Partner with Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and Operations on brand development and special projects
· Prepare detailed business cases, ROI models, and strategic recommendations for leadership
· Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to guide innovation
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus)
· Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or brand growth within the F&B industry
· Strong exposure to delivery platforms, virtual brands, and new product launches
· Analytical mindset with strong commercial, negotiation, and project management skills
· Passion for food, innovation, and creating memorable customer experiences
