- Business Development Executive – GEMS Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and contact potential clients for accounting, VAT, tax, and advisory services.
- Generate leads via networking, referrals, and online channels.
Sales & Proposal Management
- Prepare and present customized proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in deal closure.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
- Support strategic planning and service positioning.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships and explore upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with service teams for smooth onboarding.
Marketing & Events
- Assist in organizing webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
- Represent the firm in industry events and forums.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM and provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,300.00 - AED4,600.00 per month
