Position: Business Setup Consultant
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Setup Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UAE company formation and strong communication skills to guide clients through the setup process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
- Assist clients in choosing the right jurisdiction and business structure.
- Prepare and submit all required documents for trade licenses, visas, and approvals.
- Liaise with government authorities such as DED, Free Zones, MOHRE, and Immigration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and regular follow-ups.
- Stay up-to-date with UAE laws, regulations, and new policies regarding business setup.
- Meet and exceed sales and performance targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in company formation/business setup.
- Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Female candidates preferred (but not mandatory).
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude.
