We are currently looking for a native Arabic-speaking female Call Center Agent with professional proficiency in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide service details, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients—all from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information about our car care services and assist with inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful approach in all interactions.
Language Requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
- A professional and customer-focused attitude.
