Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with real estate terminology, property types, and transaction processes.
Proficiency in using CRM software, call center systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or real estate is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
Answer incoming calls from potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about available properties, rental listings, and real estate services offered by the company.
Assist callers with scheduling property viewings, coordinating appointments with real estate agents, and answering general inquiries.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries received via email or online platforms.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update client profiles, and input data into the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to ensure seamless communication and provide necessary support to facilitate transactions.
Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, escalate complex cases to the appropriate department, and ensure timely resolution.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Stay informed about the real estate market trends, property listings, and industry regulations to provide up-to-date information to callers.
Uphold a positive and professional image of the real estate company through excellent customer service and communication skills.
